CEC Section 32 CONTENTS:
Introduction, History (120v 3 wire System), Glossary, Basic system layout
Location of Devices in a building and system, Class A & B non-addressable systems, and system wire count non-addressable systems
Wire count, lay out and operation of Addressable Systems, understanding panel read outs.
Review of flow, Tamper and Duct Stat. Ancillary devices and dry contacts. Explain and understand Emergency Power. Review Nurse Call Station.
Faults and trouble shooting system. Final Exam
Note: Alberta Fire Alarm Ticket May be Applied for on Passing.
This course is a 30 hour course, 7:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. on evenings, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Weekends. Maximum enrollment is 8 for this first class.
