Computers for Retirees

Using computers is difficult to learn on your own for most people so this course starts right at the beginning. It's for 424 Retirees that have ocasionally used a computer but only used one program ( like CSTS) and for those who have used computers a little at home but would like to learn more.

In this short course at the Training Centre, you can use our computers so that everybody gets hands on practice. The first afternoon covers basic typing and correcting using Microsoft Word. In a second class students will learn how to use MS Excel. After that we will be covering various aspecs of the Internet and and do some group projects.

The number of people registered in each class (in brackets) will be updated approximately twice a week. Check with office staff for exact numbers.
