Fundamentals of FIELDVUE

Digital Instruments and the 375 Field Communicator

This course is for electricians and others responsible for installing, calibrating related instruments using the 375 Field Communicator. The primary focus of this course is to provide a comprehensive and basic troubleshootinq FIELDVUE and experience in managing DVC's using the HART 375 Field Communicator.

Overview
This 2-day course provides the fundamental skills necessary to:

• install and mount a DVC5000 & DVC6000 series positioner onto a Sliding Stem Actuator/Valve and Rotary Actuator/Valve

• configure and calibrate FIELDVUE Instruments with the HART Model 375 Field Communicator

This lecture/lab style course provides maximum class time with hands-on experience working with FIELDVUE instrumentation and the HART Model 375 Field Communicator. The proper configuration and calibration of the Digital Valve Controller will be featured.
The number of people registered in each class (in brackets) will be updated approximately twice a week. Check with office staff for exact numbers.
